My Career Goal
My career goal is to become an elementary or middle school teacher (around grade 4-7) in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley, instilling kindness and a sense of community into my classroom.

A love of teaching...
At just 9 years old, I started volunteering at my church's preschool program. I absolutely loved it, and knew from there that I wanted to be a teacher. Soon, I started volunteering and working with many different ages, from birth to grade 8.
What I love most about teaching...
I love when I get to be a part of kids having an "aha!" moment. For me, teaching is about Inspiring, leading, and fostering curiosity.
I love that teaching gives you an opportunity to help someone else. i want to show kindness to those that may not always experience that. i want to believe in those who have never had anyone on their side. i want to inspire those who will change the future of our world.
I love that teaching is also a reciprocal relationship. I learn alongside my students, and gain a fuller understanding of myself, others, and the world around us.
